u8国际 requests removal of toner cartridge offered by AZ Supplies from Amazon.com
TOKYO, July 15, 2021—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com* seeking the removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by AZ Supplies for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CB540A, CB541A, CB542A and CB543A toner cartridges sold by AZ Supplies via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove AZ Supplies' listings for those products, namely, AZ Supplies' listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B07ZTXDMVR and B07ZTX9TN6.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified AZ Supplies' listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
