TOKYO, July 8, 2021—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking the removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by GREENCYCLE TECH, INC for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CF217A toner cartridges sold by GREENCYCLE TECH, INC via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove GREENCYCLE TECH, INC's listings for those products, namely, GREENCYCLE TECH, INC's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B07RY25LBS, B07RX14RP9, B07RY2PSNB, B07RXZDJYH, B07RX13JZ3, B07JZ82N4X, B07JZ7X72R, B07JZ5YKCP, B07JZ4RB1Z, B07JZ4NW38, B07JYVM52M, B07JYVFNBY, B07JY9F85P and B07JY9CKTV.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified GREENCYCLE TECH, INC listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
