TOKYO, June 29, 2021—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking the removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by FOXWOODS VENTURE INC for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CF210A, CF211A, CF212A, CF213A, CE410A, CE410X, CE411A, CE412A and CE413A toner cartridges sold by FOXWOODS VENTURE INC via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove FOXWOODS VENTURE INC's listings for those products, namely, FOXWOODS VENTURE INC's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B08V5842RP, B08NPMFPYM and B07W3TX4V6.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified FOXWOODS VENTURE INC listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
