u8国际 requests removal of toner cartridge offered by Standard image co ltd from Amazon.com
TOKYO, June 1, 2021—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking the removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Standard image co ltd for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CC530A, CC531A, CC532A, CC533A, CF380X, CF381A, CF382A and CF383A toner cartridges sold by Standard image co ltd via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove standard image co ltd's listings for those products, namely, standard image co ltd's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B085DFNR8D, B07W6MKQXD, B07W7P8YD6 and B085DMW71Q.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Standard image co ltd listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
