TOKYO, May 11, 2021—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking the removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by hnl-us for use in HP laser beam printers.

u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CF218A toner cartridges sold by hnl-us via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove hnl-us's listings for those products, namely, hnl-us's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B08R356NDK and B08R34L3J5.

At the time of this announcement, the above-identified hnl-us listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
