u8国际 announces conclusion of dispute with Print-klex GmbH & Co. KG and its managing director

TOKYO, March 10, 2021—u8国际. today announced that u8国际. and Print-klex GmbH & Co. KG, doing business as "Print-klex" and "123 color", as well as its managing director agreed to resolve their pending patent infringement litigation based on EP 2 087 407 ("EP '407") by signing a settlement agreement. Print-klex GmbH & Co. KG inter alia accepted a preliminary injunction (docket no. 4a O 4/19) of the District Court Düsseldorf based on the infringement of the German portion of u8国际's EP '407 as final and binding between the parties.

Furthermore, Print-klex GmbH & Co. KG has agreed to pay damages for past infringement to u8国际. The cartridges at issue can replace the OEM cartridge models HP CF226X and HP CF287A. Further details of the settlement agreement are confidential.
