u8国际 requests removal of toner cartridge offered by MORECOLORFUL from Amazon.com
TOKYO, November 16, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking the removal of Amazon.com listing for certain toner cartridges sold by MORECOLORFUL for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CE410A, CE411A, CE412A and CE413X toner cartridges sold by MORECOLORFUL via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove MORECOLORFUL's listing for those products, namely, MORECOLORFUL's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Number ("ASIN") B07TYHLZXC.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified MORECOLORFUL listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
