TOKYO, November 10, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking the removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Partsmart for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CB540A, CB541A, CB542A, CB543A, CF380X, CF380A, CF381A, CF382A and CF383A toner cartridges sold by Partsmart via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove Partsmart's listings for those products, namely, Partsmart's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B0155MZNRM, B0155MZICW, B0155MZKQQ, B0155MZMJG, B0155MZJKI, B01GOQVNQ8, B01GOQVFWU, B01IW7DGZS, B01IW7CQWW, B01GOQVXKE, B01GOQVDF4, B01IW7DJJG, B01IW7DMZC and B01GOQVIBS.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Partsmart's listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
