TOKYO, November 10, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.mx seeking the removal of Amazon.mx listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Amaze Brands for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that claim 65 of Mexican Patent Number 317598 was infringed by certain models CB540A toner cartridge offered by Amaze Brands under the Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) B07K8XVJXW.
After receiving u8国际's Report Infringement Form, Amazon removed the respective product, and at the time of this announcement, the above-identified listing of Amaze Brands was no longer available on Amazon.mx.
