TOKYO, October 1, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.mx seeking the removal of Amazon.mx listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Celia Elena Cunille Salas for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that claim 160 of Mexican Patent Number 308881 was infringed by certain model CF287A and CE255A toner cartridges offered by Celia Elena Cunille Salas under the Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs) B07WFWJNM6 and B07BR6S6GR.
After receiving u8国际's Report Infringement Form, Amazon removed the respective products, and at the time of this announcement, the above-identified listings of Celia Elena Cunille Salas were no longer available on Amazon.mx.
