TOKYO, September 23, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.mx seeking the removal of Amazon.mx listings for certain toner cartridges sold by URZAIZ BASSO SA DE CV for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that claim 160 of Mexican Patent Number 308881 was infringed by certain models CE255A and CF226A toner cartridges offered by URZAIZ BASSO SA DE CV under the Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs) B07BR6S6GR, B07WD5R38X, B07JMR42RL.
After receiving u8国际's Report Infringement Form, Amazon removed the respective products, and at the time of this announcement, the above-identified listings of URZAIZ BASSO SA DE CV were no longer available on Amazon.mx.
