TOKYO, January 30, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Smart Print Supplies for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CF210X, CF211A, CF212A, and CF213A toner cartridges sold by Smart Print Supplies via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove Smart Print Supplies' listings for those products, namely, Smart Print Supplies' listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B078SKQ8LS, B078K693KL, B078SK629S, B078JVDYKX, B078SL73J7, B078K7566R, B078JYVKH5, B07BND8NNJ, B078SLYCHS, B078SLPZ9R, B078SK3FM4, B078SLN87X, B078SMGSTT, B078SMBVDB, B078JYSTG3, B078SLGD2C, B078SLGCX7, B078SKK2DS, B078SKPZ3S, B078SKNNZ7, B078SL81B5, B078SLRS1R, B078SLFZXB and B078SLZ3NB.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Smart Print Supplies' listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
