TOKYO, January 22, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Euphorio for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CF210X, CF210A, CF211A, CF212A and CF213A toner cartridges sold by Euphorio via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove Euphorio's listings for those products, namely, Euphorio's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B081DS2CPR, B0816JJCPW, B081DRXLR7, B0816KLDRX, B0816JVH6L, B0816KK5M2, B0816JJ865, B0816K83M4, B0816JQHFV, B081DS4K4Z, B0816KJXM4, B081DS8NLF, B0816K7P5P, B0816JMH2P, B081DS6WBJ, B0816K91XZ, B0816JKW8W, B081DS317V, B0816K4MYJ, B081DS6PKQ, B0816K3VTT, B0816JYW3S, B081DRS67P, B0816KLRFN, B081DY6LRX, B081DQCT29, B0816JX97L, B0816JW8PW, B081DS2GDM and B0816JYNLZ.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Euphorio's listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
