u8国际 requests removal of toner cartridge offered by Hehua Store from Amazon.com
TOKYO, January 7, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Hehua Store for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CE310A, CE311A, CE312A and CE313A toner cartridges sold by Hehua Store via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove Hehua Store's listings for those products, namely, Hehua Store's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B07D4DZ7MM, B07D4F2YQG, B07D4F7XBC, B07D4F6W17, and B07D4DNZM6.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified Hehua Store's listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
