TOKYO, January 7, 2020—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by M&F Shop for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CE310A, CE311A, CE312A and CE313A toner cartridges sold by M&F Shop via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove M&F Shop's listings for those products, namely, M&F Shop's listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B01GDRZLI4, B01GDS9D3C, B01GDSAI2W, B01GDRXXWA, B01GDS63P8, B01GDS8JN2, B01GDS4OX6, B01GDSC90Q, B01GDS9W38, B01GDSB1YQ, B01GDS2DBQ and B01GDSCXWK.
At the time of this announcement, the above-identified M&F Shop's listings were no longer available on Amazon.com.
