TOKYO, October 15, 2019—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Quicktoner for use in HP laser beam printers.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model HP 126A toner cartridges sold by Quicktoner via Amazon.com infringed u8国际's U.S. Patent No. 8,688,008. u8国际 requested that Amazon remove Quicktoner listings for those products, namely Amazon Standard Identification Numbers ("ASINs") B07588JV9C, B07SFV3ZT4, B07589GC24, B0758B1X73, B0758BLPC9, B07589J7YP, B0758BXNJR, B07587W7BX, B07589CZPJ, B07588NP7J, B07589NL98, B0758C1Q5M, B0758C15LM, B0758BVF45, B0758BJY66, B07589ZT7M, B07589Z6QS, B07589WTQM, B07589WT5W, B07589W2DT, B07589Q2LY, B07589Q2LC, B07589P8Y1, B07589NV8R, B07589K4DQ, B07589GYHM, B07589G5T3, B07589FDST, B07589CWLF, B07589BKR9, B075897NH3, B075897NH1, B0758972NF, B07588QL2Q, B07588P21X, B07588MM8X, B07587WNZN, B07587L1KJ, B07587KS3S, B07587KQLS, B07587KQ3B, B075864PVY, B07589XYD8, B0758B76F3 and B0758B2P8Q.
