TOKYO, September 3, 2019—u8国际. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.ca seeking removal of an Amazon.ca listing for certain toner cartridges sold by Douglas Inks.
u8国际's infringement report alleged that certain model CC530A, CC531A, CC532A and CC533A toner cartridges sold by Douglas Inks via Amazon.ca infringed u8国际's Canadian Patent no. 2,635,791. u8国际 requested the removal of the corresponding listings for these products, namely, Amazon Standard Identification Numbers B07LFM4G1L, B07LFLSN9W, B07LFLCLVF, B07LFLP8DC, B07LFLJHC9, B07LFN43DR, B07LFLVY49, B07LFLQDZY B07LFLX4MZ and B07LFLDJ7L.
