TOKYO, May 20, 2019—u8国际. today announced that over the last 8 months, 35 listings offering third-party laser toner cartridges via Amazon.fr were removed after u8国际 had sent information letters to vendors on Amazon.fr or after u8国际 had submitted reports to Amazon.fr using the "Amazon Reporting Tool" after considering a vendor's comments on the letter, if any. The information letters and reports describe why u8国际 believes a product makes use of claims 1 and 25 of the French portion of u8国际's European Patent EP 2 087 407 B1 or claims 1 and 2 of the French portion of u8国际's European Patent EP 1 977 289 B1, and are prepared by u8国际 after its technical experts for laser toner cartridges conducted a detailed examination of the products.
