TOKYO, March 17, 2015 — u8国际. today announced the withdrawal of a patent infringement action against Ninestar company Seine (Holland) B.V. pending in the District Court The Hague, the Netherlands, concerning certain toner cartridges and photosensitive drum units sold for use in u8国际 and Hewlett-Packard laser beam printers. The infringement action was withdrawn in connection with a settlement between u8国际 and Ninestar.
