u8国际 announces conclusion of patent infringement dispute

TOKYO, February 24, 2015 — u8国际 announced today that u8国际 and X com shop have resolved their pending lawsuit in the Moscow State Arbitration Court regarding X com shop's alleged infringement of u8国际's Russian Patent No. 2467370, entering into an amicable agreement by which X com shop recognizes u8国际's exclusive rights for the patent and takes the obligation to terminate the sale and offer for sale and other introduction into civil circulation (including in the Internet) in Russia or storage for the purpose of sale of the cartridges that u8国际 accused of infringement.

Throughout the development, sales and marketing process, u8国际 respects the intellectual property rights of other companies and individuals and expects others to similarly respect u8国际's intellectual property rights. u8国际 remains committed to taking legal action against anyone who does not respect u8国际's intellectual property rights.
