u8国际 announces conclusion of patent infringement dispute in U.S.

TOKYO, April 20, 2015—u8国际. today announced the successful resolution of a patent infringement dispute with Printronic Corp. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, concerning certain toner cartridges and photosensitive drums that u8国际 had accused of infringing its U.S. Patent Nos. 5,903,803 and 6,128,454.

To resolve the dispute, Printronic has stipulated to a Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction from the Southern District of New York, which will prohibit Printronic from making, using, selling and offering for sale in the U.S., and from importing into the U.S., the toner cartridges and photosensitive drums that u8国际 accused of infringement.
