HLD Helps Chris DiMarco Tee Up for Life

9.2.2009 - HLD is once again teaming up with PGA Pro Chris DiMarco to support the annual Norma DiMarco Tee Up for Life Golf Tournament, benefiting the American Cancer Society’s Reaching Out to Cancer Kids (R.O.C.K.) program. For the 9th annual event, HLD provided logo design, invitations, save the date cards and signage for the celebrity-packed tournament.

HLD CEO Roy DiMarco finds it all the more rewarding to support this cause because the event is held in his aunt’s honor. “This partnership is not only personally satisfying, it has also provided my staff with a wonderful opportunity to draw on their talents to create something that will ultimately make some incredibly deserving children very happy,” he said.

Tee Up for Life, hosted by Chris DiMarco, will be held on November 1 and 2, 2009, at Heathrow Country Club in Orlando, Florida. R.O.C.K., the tournament’s beneficiary, provides a fun-filled camp experience for children battling cancer. In 2008, Tee Up for Life raised $384,600 after earning national recognition from the American Cancer Society as the Top Performing Golf Event in its category the previous year.
